Calculator inputs (ticket volume, cost per ticket, response time) are processed client-side and not stored. If you choose to request a personalised report, we collect:

• Calculator inputs and results (sent alongside your email request)

Readiness Quiz (/tools/ai-chatbot-readiness)

Quiz answers are processed client-side. If you request a report, we collect the same fields as the ROI Calculator plus your quiz answers and score.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymised usage data including page views, referrer URLs, browser type, and device type. This data is aggregated and cannot identify individual users.

Why we collect it

• Contact form submissions: to respond to your enquiry and assess whether our services are a fit for your needs. Legal basis: legitimate interest (B2B marketing and pre-contractual enquiry).
• Tool submissions (calculator/quiz): to send you the personalised report you requested and to follow up with relevant information. Legal basis: consent (you explicitly submit your email and request the report).
• Analytics: to understand how visitors use our website and improve our content. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Who processes your data

• Resend (resend.com) - email delivery. Processes your submitted data to deliver notification emails. Based in the US with EU-adequate safeguards.
• Vercel (vercel.com) - website hosting and analytics. Based in the US with EU-adequate safeguards.
• Calendly (calendly.com) - appointment booking. If you book a demo via our Calendly link, Calendly’s own privacy policy applies. We do not control data collected by Calendly.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

How long we keep it

• Contact form and tool submissions: retained in our email inbox for up to 24 months, then deleted. We do not store form submissions in a database.
• Analytics data: retained by Vercel for up to 12 months in anonymised, aggregated form.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
